It is a PROFOUND HONOR to host a BELOVEd Elder, Joie Bourisseau, and the Rainbow Councils of Love and of Light, in a unifying breathing DYNAMIC, which was downloaded almost 25 years ago, in preparation for OUR united contribution for this NOW Moment with the Sacred Balance Global Grid, on the March Equinox!

Joie is an Ambassador to Earth and transmitter, for Our Rainbow Councils of Love and of Light. This is the umbrella term for all of the Councils and BEings, of the Christ vibration and higher, who are participating and celebrating with US during our Awakening/Ascension, into the seamless flow of the LOVE THAT WE ARE.

Our Indigenous First Peoples were entrusted with the Sacred Law of Binding. They/WE have held and maintained the Natural Laws of LOVE and of RESPECT for all of life that is made manifest through Mother Earth and All Our Relations. In our Rainbow Councils they/WE are guided by the Council of Sky Chiefs, as well as other Councils and Ancestors whose lives upon our Mother Earth, by example, emphasized our relationship with ALL OF LIFE. These are powerful guidelines for unifying US ALL.
