The INTENTION of The Frida Casita is to provide a RESTORATIVE, INSPIRING place of RESPITE for you to unplug, RESET, and REDISCOVER yourSelf. Think ‘SPIRITUAL charging station’...This BEAUTY-FILLED space is nestled in the heart of Mother Nature within the splendor of the Texas Hill Country yet still close to the ‘modern day’ amenities of the city.
Many of the SPIRITUAL objects around the Casita represent the inter spiritual nature of SHINE and what Heather Elizabeth offers as a Spiritual Healer. You will find BEAUTY-FILLED art (Frida wouldn’t have it any other way!), MUSIC, a BLESSING tree to decorate, a diverse library of enLIGHTening books, and oracle cards to CONNECT with your inner WISDOM. There is an open space to practice yoga/movement meditation and an ANCESTOR altar to meditate with.

The Frida Casita is named after none other than Frida Kahlo and her namesake, Frida Kitty. Frida Kitty was a BELOVED member of our family for almost 19 years and worked alongside Heather Elizabeth for many years in her energy medicine practice.
She is a Patron Saint of SHINE!
