WHOLISTIC counseling is a modality which approaches any challenge in life as an opportunity for healing and awakening rather than a ‘problem’ that needs to be ‘fixed’. From this perspective, the outdated tendency to pathologize and stigmatize are transmuted so that a real and lasting experience of HEALING and TRANSFORMATION can occur.

The foundation of WHOLISTIC counseling is based upon the SPIRITUAL TRUTH that you are innately WHOLE and HOLY, just as you are. There is nothing that you can or cannot ‘do’ to change this. Due to familial, cultural, and societal conditioning, you most likely have received messages, both direct and indirect. which have told you that there is something ‘wrong’ with you if you are experiencing feelings of sadness, anxiety, loneliness, and/or despair. From a WHOLISTIC perspective, any dis-ease of mind/body/e-motions and/or perceived disconnection from the SPIRITUAL realm is seen as information to facilitate HEALING of trauma experienced within the realms of your personal, intergenerational, and multidimensional aspects of being.

As the entire global family continues to navigate what can be felt as a ‘Dark Night’, it is only natural to be facing personal and intergenerational shadows-aspects of the self which have remained ‘hidden’ due to fear, shame, guilt, and/or a sense of unworthiness of love and acceptance…From the WHOLISTIC perspective, this is a necessary EVOLutionary process that the entire family of humanity is going through in order to EVOLve our consciousness to a place in which WE can embody a LOVING, INCLUSIVE, COMPASSIONATE, PEACEFUL, and COLLABORATIVE reality for ourselves and the generations to come…

Shamanic Energy Medicine Healing Sessions: Quantum HEALING through a Direct experience of the wisdom of your soul

Shamanic Energy Medicine Sessions are NOW being offered at The Frida Casita in Northwest Austin. It is recommended to allow 2 hours for the experience. Half day and overnight immersion experiences are also available.

Shamanic WISDOM is the oldest SPIRITUAL tradition known to humanKIND. It is cross-cultural, inclusive, and steeped in expansive, yet practical traditions. Shamanic Energy Medicine HEALING sessions are a coCREATIVE journey in which I ALIGN my background as a psychotherapist with my path as a Shamanic Practitioner to provide you with a gentle, yet TRANSFORMATIONAL experience which incorporates ALL aspects of who you are: mind, body, e-motions, and SOUL. I guide you through an intention-setting experience to presence what you are yearning to HEAL and discover through the energy medicine experience, which creates a pathway for you to go on a journey to CONNECT with the innate WISDOM of your Soul, known as Gnosis. I facilitate a safe, sacred space for your journey through meditation, breath work, soothing music, and Shamanic Energy Medicine. Once the journey is complete, intentional space is co created for integration of the session, which will include practical tools to take home with you.

With deep REVERENCE and HUMILITY, I call upon indigenous WISDOM of earth allies like crystals, plants, flower essences, animal totems, and sound therapy that aid in the HEALING journey. WE also explore your subtle allies from the SPIRIT realm, including your bright and shiny ancestors, guides, and allies to SUPPORT your HEALING INTENTIONS.

This ANCIENT WHOLISTIC framework enables you to have a felt experience of ‘quantum HEALING’, which can be understood as SHIFTing intrusive thoughts, outdated narratives, and/or physical, mental, e-motional, and SPIRITual dis-ease in a short amount of linear time.

These are the 7 Major Chakras that WE work with during the session. All of the chakras are interconnected with your endocrine system, organs, e-motions, thoughts, belief systems, and SPIRITual Self. In WHOLISTIC HEALING, WE look upon any and all unrest or dis-ease in your being as having an energetic component to it. Energy medicine facilitates the movement of blocked energy that creates dis-ease of the mind, body, e-motions, and/or SPIRIT.
